DIY Crystal Crown

I made this crystal crown for one of my best friends who is getting married! She requested rose gold and pink crystals to match her dress!

Supplies:

  • Crystals (I bought mine from Amazon)
  • Metal Headband (I got mine from Claire’s)
  • Nail Polish (I used a rose gold one from Essie)
  • Metal Wire
  • E6000 Glue

The Steps:

  1. Remove any extra rhinestones on the headband.
  2. Paint the headband and wire with the nail polish.
  3. Lay out the crystals as you want them on the headband. I put the longest crystal in the middle and worked my way to the smaller crystals.
  4. Glue the first crystal on the headband in the middle using the E6000 and then warp the wire around it.
  5. Glue the 2nd crystal into place and warp the wires around to create a cross pattern.
  6. I repeated the above step to finish the left side of the crown first and then went back and finished the right side.
  7. I wasn’t happy with the amount of crystals on the crown so when I used all of the crystals I had laid out, I added one to each side.
  8. Wear the crystal and enjoy!
