I required my bridesmaids to hike in their bridesmaid dresses with their hair and makeup done in order to get pictures.  Because of this I decided to make them Kate Spade inspired tennis shoes.

Supplies: 

• Fake Keds – These came from Michael’s for $7 a pair.
• Glitter
• Paint
• Paint Brush
• Modge Podge
• Modge Podge Spray
• Gross Grain Ribbon

Steps: 

1.       Paint the shoes black.  This will help with any spots where the glitter rubs off.

2.       Once the paint is dry cover the shoes in Modge Podge and glitter! Repeat this step a few times until you get the achieved look.

3.       Use the Modge Podge spray to coat the shoes so the glitter doesn’t fall off.

4.       Once the spray is dry, lace them up using the gross grain ribbon.
